Delivery and Charges:

UK, Ireland & Channel Islands - Delivery charge of £6.00 on all orders.

Europe - Delivery charge of £10 on all orders.

U.States & International - Delivery charge of £15 on all orders.

discountdesignershoes uses a fully traceable and insured method of delivery. We use Interlink, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parceline.

discountdesignershoes will email you confirming despatch of your order. Delivery should arrive 2-3 working days from confirmation of despatch. 

Please note we do not organise delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

We will endeavour to deliver overseas orders to all customers on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or no-delivery due to strikes, civil unrest or circumstances beyond our control.

Overseas customers are responsible for payment of import duties that are levied by there country.
